Hank E. Bartoli, President and CEO

Henry E. Bartoli is president and CEO of Hitachi Power Systems America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in April, 2005.

Mr. Bartoli has more than 30 years experience in the energy business. Prior to joining Hitachi, Mr. Bartoli was executive vice president of The Shaw Group with responsibility for all work performed by the company in support of the commercial nuclear power industry. From 1992 to 2002, he was employed by Foster Wheeler, most recently as corporate senior vice president and group executive of the world wide Energy Equipment Group of Foster Wheeler Ltd. and earlier as corporate vice president and group executive of Foster Wheeler Power Systems Group. He also served with Burns and Roe Company from 1980 to 1992 most recently as vice president and general manager of that company.

Mr. Bartoli holds a MSME from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BSME, Rutgers University. He also attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, Executive Management Seminar. He holds Professional Engineering Licenses in New Jersey, Kentucky, California and is a former member of Board of Trustees, Rutgers- The State of University of New Jersey (1996-2002).

Takayuki Hirota, Senior VP Business Development

Takayuki (Tony) Hirota is Senior Vice President Business Development of Hitachi Power Systems America, Inc, a position to which he was appointed in Dec 2005.

Mr. Hirota joined Hitachi Japan in 1979 and he has more than 25 years of experience handling large power plants. Mr. Hirota was a General Manager, International Operation Division, Hitachi Ltd. in 2005 and earlier Division General Manager, Energy Systems of Babcock Hitachi K.K., Hitachi's wholly-owned subsidiary in 2004. From 2000 to 2003 Mr. Hirota served in the managerial position of Department General Manager, Nuclear, Thermal Power and Gas Turbine Dept., where he managed equipment supply contracts and power plant rehabilitation services contracts with Hitachi's overseas subsidiaries. Before that he was Director of Sales and Marketing, Hitachi America Ltd. Tarrytown NY from 1993 to 1999.

Mr. Hirota holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Operations Research & Mathematics from Waseda University, Tokyo Japan.

Dave J. Brozek, Senior VP Sales & Marketing

David J. Brozek is vice president of sales and marketing of Hitachi Power Systems America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in 2005.

Mr. Brozek joined Hitachi in 1994 as director of sales for the Hitachi America, Power and Industrial Division, responsible for sales of power systems and products. Before joining Hitachi, he was eastern regional sales manager for Unimega US, Inc. from 1991 to 1994. Before that he was manager of engineering services for Magnetic Products and Services, Inc. from 1987 to 1991.

Mr. Brozek holds a BSEE with a major in Control and Communication Systems from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of IEEE, the Power Electronics Specialists Group and The Vibration Institute.

Mani Seshamani, Executive VP Commercial Operations

Mani Seshamani is an Executive Vice President of Hitachi Power Systems America, Ltd. in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Mr. Seshamani is head of Commercial Operations. In addition to Commercial activities of the Corporation, his responsibilities include strategic planning, identifying markets and technology needs for returns and growth of business. As part of this assignment he is intimately involved with the Research and Development Group located in Japan.

Mr. Seshamani joined Hitachi America in 2004. Prior to that he spent thirty-five years in the Power Industry and his experience includes Engineering, Design, Technology Development, Strategic Planning and Commercial Operations.

Mr. Seshamani received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Madras, India and his M.S. from Villanova University.

He has authored several papers and also a holder of several patents. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.

William R. Buffa, Senior VP Project Operations

William R. Buffa is vice president of Hitachi Power Systems America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in 2005.

Mr. Buffa has more than 30 years in the energy business. Prior to joining Hitachi, Mr. Buffa was with Foster Wheeler from 1976 to 2004, most recently serving as project director, for the Jacksonville Electric Authority where he was responsible for the overall management of Foster Wheeler’s $360 million scope to engineer, procure, construct and start-up an extended boiler island for the Jacksonville Electric Authority as part of their re-powering of the Northside Station. Before Foster Wheeler he served with Burns and Roe from 1976 to 1986 most recently as project manager for the Bristol Resource Recovery Facility, Bristol, CT., responsible for the preparation and review of design calculations, flow diagrams, equipment specifications, bid evaluations, negotiations with contractors and review of contractor’s drawings for various mechanical systems and equipment.

Mr. Buffa holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, New York, NY specializing in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and refrigeration. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude from Manhattan College, specializing in thermal sciences and fluid dynamics.

Allan K. Kukoski, Senior VP Engineering

Alan K. Kukoski is vice president of Hitachi Power Systems America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in 2005.

Before joining Hitachi, Mr. Kukoski previously served with the Foster Wheeler Power Group from 1978 to 2004, most recently as director of engineering and technology where he was responsible for all process engineering work including AQCS performance; engineering department budget and liquidations; review and approval of technical risk assessments for major PC and CFB projects, $5MM and above; support proposal and sales efforts for perspective projects; corporate patent review and approval; and technical support for corporate research and development programs. He joined Foster Wheeler and a field service engineer.

Mr. Kukoski holds a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also was enrolled in post graduate studies in the Mechanical Engineering PhD program at New Jersey Institute of Technology, Finance for Technical Executives at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology, and the Management Program Sloan School of Management, Pennsylvania State University, January 2002.
