Since manufacturing our first generator in 1933, Hitachi has supplied more than 1000 units globally for the power and industrial markets. Hitachi has the capability to supply units up to 1600 MVA incorporating either Air, Water or Hydrogen Cooling Systems. The manufacturing facilities in Japan are structured as vertically integrated work shops performing all aspects of engineering design, performance, machining, fabrication, assembly and testing. Besides generator products, Hitachi can also supply instrumentation & controls, excitation systems and all other associated ancillary equipment.
